【Abstract】 Along with the national attention to the education on pediatrics,it has become an important research topic that how to improve training quality and training model of pediatric graduate students. This research is based on our training mode to create a good platform. With strict training and examination,the training process enables students to join clinical work earlier from the optimization of the source structure.
