高油酸转基因大豆HOA80对生物多样性影响的检测

【摘要】 对生物多样性影响的检测是转基因植物环境安全评价体系中一个重要的环节,也是转基因植物是否会产生环境潜在风险的重要评估指标。本试验研究了高油酸转基因大豆HOA80、受体大豆SW80和对照大豆吉育71对大豆田昆虫种类、指示昆虫(龟纹瓢虫、大豆蚜虫和大豆食心虫)种群数量、大豆主要病害(花叶病毒病、霜霉病和胞囊线虫)和大豆根瘤的影响。结果表明:高油酸转基因大豆HOA80、受体大豆SW80和对照大豆吉育71相比,对大豆田昆虫种类及指示昆虫种群数量消长的影响无差异;对大豆主要病害和大豆根瘤菌影响也无差异;说明高油酸转基因大豆HOA80对农业生态环境没有潜在风险。

【Abstract】 Assess of impacts of genetically modified (GM) crops on biodiversity is an essential part in the safety assessment of genetically modified plants, and also an important index whether the genetically modified plants have significant potential environmental risk. In this experiment, the geneticallymodified high oleic soybean HOA80, its non transgenic receptor soybean SW80, and control soybean variety‘Jiyu 71’were used and their impacts on insect species, indicating insect populations, soybean diseases and soybean nodulation were evaluated.The results showed that genetically modified high oleic soybean HOA80 had no significant impacts on insect species, indicating insect populations, soybean diseases and soybean nodulation, comparing to non transgenic soybean SW80 and control variety‘Jiyu 71’. These results indicated there is no potential risk to agricultural ecological environment for growing the geneticallymodified high oleic soybean HOA80.
