后腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科中的治疗体会

【摘要】 目的:对在泌尿外科中应用后腹腔镜手术治疗的临床治疗效果进行探讨和分析。方法:将45例经临床确诊的泌尿外科患者纳入选择范围,将患者分为两组,分别为治疗组和对照组,对25例治疗组患者行后腹腔镜手术治疗,对其余20例对照组患者行常规开放手术治疗,比较和分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术持续时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,两组差异均非常显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组1例患者术后继发性出血,2例患者术后切口脂肪液化,治疗组1例患者腹膜损伤,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将后腹腔镜手术应用与在泌尿外科接受治疗的患者中能够取得理想的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:After application of laparoscopic surgery in urology clinical treatment are discussed and analyzed.Methods:45cases of clinically diagnosed patients included in the choice of Urology,patients were divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group and the control group,25cases of patients after laparoscopic surgery treatment group,the remaining 20cases in the control group patients underwent conventional open surgery,compare and analyze clinical outcomes of two groups of patients.Results:The blood loss was significantly less than the control group of patients treated group,duration of surgery,postoperative ambulation,hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference were significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One patient in the control group of secondary hemorrhage,two cases of postoperative incision fat liquefaction treatment group 1patients peritoneal injury,the two groups were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The patients after laparoscopic surgery in urology applications and that can be treated to achieve the desired clinical effect.更多还原
