【摘要】 目的:探讨E-钙粘素和雌激素受体在乳腺癌组织中的表达在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法:收集本院2011-2012年确诊为乳腺癌患者并手术切除的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织,免疫组织化学法检测其中E-钙粘素和雌激素受体的表达水平。结果:E-钙粘素和雌激素受体在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率明显低于癌旁组织。结论:E-cadherin和ER表达与乳腺癌的发生发展关系密切,可考虑联合应用E-cadherin和ER作早期诊断乳腺癌的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of E-cadherin and ER in the tumorigenesis,progression of breast cancer.Methods:By using immunohistochemical method,the expression of E-cadherin and ER in breast carcer tissue and tissues adjacent to cancer in this hospital between 2011and2012.Results:the expression of E-cadherin and ER in breast carcer tissue was significantly lower than those in tissues adjacent to cancer.Conclusions:the expression of E-cadherin and ER is closely related to the tumorigenesis,progression of breast cancer.suggesting that united measurement of the expression of E-cadherin and ER is helpful to predict metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
