【摘要】 目的探讨自制椎管麻醉体位固定带联合心理干预能否为剖宫产椎管内麻醉患者及新生儿带来益处。方法 110例剖宫产患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各55例,对照组在麻醉时应用椎管麻醉体位固定带并联合心理干预,观察组只使用椎管麻醉,观察效果指标。结果与观察组相比,使用椎管麻醉体位固定带联合心理干预对减少产妇穿刺时疼痛,一针穿刺成功增加均有显著统计学意义(χ2=8.550,5.682;P<0.05),监测产妇指标和新生儿评分指标,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用椎管麻醉体位固定带联合心理干预应用在剖宫产麻醉时可以减少产妇痛苦,增加穿刺成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate anesthesia positions fixed belt with combined application of psychological intervention benefits for cesarean section patients. Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into the control group and observation group with 55 patients in each group. Anesthesia positions fixed belt with combined application of psychological intervention was used in the control group,while the observation group without,effect index was observed. Results Compared with observation group,application of anesthesia positions fixed belt with combined psychological intervention can reduce maternal piercing pain,the success rate of first puncture was increasing significantly( ⅹ2 = 24. 885,4. 075; P < 0. 05),the monitoring index of maternal and newborn grading index were not statistical significant. Conclusion Application of anesthesia positions fixed belt with combined psychological intervention in cesarean anesthesia can reduce maternal pain,increase the success rate of puncturing.更多还原
