【摘要】 目的了解大学生对精神卫生知识的知晓情况,为精神卫生机构与高校共同做好大学生心理保健工作提供帮助。方法由华中科技大学心理咨询中心设计"心理卫生知识与服务需求调查表",对14个院系的本科生及研究生进行抽样调查。结果对717份有效答卷分析,97%的大学生重视精神健康的维护;对精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症的知晓率较高(63%~76%),对网瘾则低至38.9%;94.5%的学生能认识到抑郁症有危害,2/3的学生能选择较好的处理方式;对于精神疾病的治疗,48.2%的学生担心药物成瘾,仅4.9%的学生认同药物治疗。应用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)进行心理健康水平调查,699人中抑郁和焦虑比例分别为12.8%和15.5%。结论精神卫生防治"三级"网络管理体制可有效预防大学生精神疾病发生。本校学生较为关注心理健康,对一般心理卫生知识有一定了解,能采取较为适当的方式、途径解决心理问题,心理健康状况相对较好,但对网瘾及药物治疗认识不足,应引起足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the degree of awareness of undergraduates’ mental health knowledge,and provide the assistance for mental health service of mental health organizations and universities. Methods By making a survey among undergraduate and postgraduate students extracting from 14 departments by random sampling with " Questionnaire of the Mental Health Knowledge and the Needs of the Mental Health Service" designed by the Psychological Counseling Center of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Results The analysis of 717 effective answer sheets showed that: 97% of students valued the maintenance of mental health; 63% ~ 76% of students were aware of schizophrenia,depression,and anxiety; only 38. 9% of students were addicting to the internet; 94. 5% of students were aware of the harm of depression,2 /3 of students could choose better ways to handle; As to the treatment of mental health disease,48. 2% of students were worried about the risk for drug addiction,while only 4. 9% approved drug therapy. The survey of mental health status,applying HAD Scale,showed that the depression and anxiety accounted for 12. 8% and 15. 5% respectively among 699 students.Conclusion The " Three-level Network Management System of Mental Health Prevention and Treatment" proves to be effective in the prevention of mental disease among undergraduates. By adopting appropriate ways to solve mental problems with enough concern about mental health and having a general knowledge of mental health,the students in this university has a relatively good mental health status.Nevertheless,their lack of knowledge on net-addiction and medicine therapy should raise enough attentions.更多还原
