【摘要】 上市公司的环境投资一直是学术界关注的重点。本文以中国A股上市公司2009-2011年的相关数据为依据,运用统计分析方法分析上市公司环境投资的影响因素。分析结果表明,上市公司面临的外部因素是环境投资决策的主要影响因素,其中,政府管制是最重要的压力,其次是消费者对上市公司的压力;内部因素是次要因素,其中,上市公司的战略态度是主要的内部因素。上市公司的环境投资决策中并没有考虑到股东的压力、上市公司的业绩及可持续发展能力,说明我国上市公司只是被动地进行环境投资。识别环境投资的影响因素,可为我国上市公司进行环境投资提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents an analysis on the factors influencing the environment investment of listed companies by adopting statistical analysis method,based on the relevant data of A-share companies in China during 2009-2011.It finds out that external factors listed companies are faced with are the major influencing factors that affecting the decision-making regarding environment investment.Among all the factors,government regulation is the most important pressure,next comes the pressure from consumers on the companies and internal factors are minor.Factors like pressure from shareholders,performance of listed companies as well as their sustainability are not taken into consideration while environment investment decisions are made.This shows that listed companies only make environment investment passivelyin China.更多还原
