测定汽油中ρ(铁)、ρ(锰)的方法改进

【摘要】 汽油产品的合格标准中对铁、锰的含量有严格的要求,因此准确测定汽油中铁、锰含量有着重要的意义。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定汽油产品中的铁、锰含量的方法中,绘制工作曲线的标准溶液稳定性低,工作量大,造成了试剂的大量浪费,同时也增加了废液处理的难度。采用加入5.0mL醋酸调节标准溶液的酸度,加入醋酸后的标准溶液的稳定性增加,测定结果的准确度完全可以满足分析标准的要求。

【Abstract】 There are strict requirements for the content of iron and manganese in gasoline product so the accurate determination of iron and manganese content in gasoline is very important.For the flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of heavy metals in gasoline product,the stability of standard solution for the curves is very low.This not only increases the workload,but also wastes a lot of reagents.Meanwhile this also increases the difficulty of wastewater treatment.The acidity of standard solution is adjusted by adding 5.0mL acetic acid.By comparison of experiments before and after adding 5.0mL acetic acid,the stability of standard solution is increased greatly after adding 5.0mL acetic acid,and the measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of the standard analysis.
