用三角波控制开关电源开关晶体管工作方法的研究
Study on Triangle Wave Controlling Power Switch of Transistors
【摘要】 采用三角波控制开关电源开关晶体管,克服了PWM控制方法存在的控制脉冲死区设定和调节的困难,解决了推挽式变换器、半桥式变换器及全桥式变换器存在开关晶体管共态导通的问题,既提高了开关电源的可靠性,又便于调试。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the adoption of triangle wave in controlling power switch to control transistors,which overcomes the problems of blind areas in control pulse of PWM control method.Moreover,the method helps remove the problem of switch transistors conduction in different converters and promote the reliability of power switch.The method is easy to debug.
