【摘要】 近年来,电信企业对投资项目的评价与决策的正确性越来越重视,对其科学模型的构建寄予期待。引入模糊系统作为评估的核心模型,本文对电信投资项目评价体系的构建进行了探讨,将专业知识体系理论与模型建立相结合,其中模型的建立使得整个评价体系减少了主观因素,增加了客观因素和不断学习的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the telecommunication companies are paying more and more attention to the correctness of the investment projects ’ evaluation and decision,and the desire for scientific model construction is becoming much stronger. By introducing the fuzzy system as the kernel model of the evaluation,this paper discussed the construction of the telecommunication investment project evaluation system,which combined the professional knowledge and the model. The establishment of the model decreased the subjective factors of the whole evaluation system,while increased the possibility of the objective factors as well as the capability of continuous study.更多还原
