【Abstract】 Survival and development are eternal themes of enterprises.Survival is the basis,and development is the ultimate goal of enterprises.Development potential is a primary indicator which is the measure of whether enterprises can develop,and it’s also a key factor for enterprises to continue existing.Valuating enterprise development potential scientifically and correctly can provide enterprises which can design sustainable development strategy with scientific basis,on the other hand,it can instruct government and investor to invest correctly. On the basis of reviewing the relevant document,we redefine the concept of enterprise development potential,and build the evaluation index system of enterprise development potential from four aspects:external environment;enterprise resource strength;enterprise operation capacity and the quality of enterprise culture.更多还原
