【摘要】 企业领导者的行为对企业发展具有决定性的深远的影响。当代主流的领导行为特征包括交易型、变革型、家长型等。通过对领导行为领域研究成果的梳理发现,大多数学者认为变革型领导的影响效果强于交易型领导的影响效果,但缺少不同领导行为之间的横向比较研究;学者们对企业成长的维度没有清晰的界定,虽员工态度、组织绩效是衡量企业成长的重要指标,但并不能全面反映企业成长状况。今后应从领导行为对企业成长的影响效应及作用机制方面深入研究,为我国企业健康发展提供理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leader behavior plays a decisive and in-depth role in business growth. It presents three types of transactional, transformational and paternalistic leadership. This research finds that most scholars believe that transformational leadership can exert a stronger influence than the transactionalleadership and that horizontal comparison study is badly needed. Scholars cannot define a clear dimension of business growth because of employees’ attitudes and performance, the key evaluation index of business growth, cannot give the big picture of business development. In the future, studies should focus on the effects and mechanism of leader behavior’s influence on business growth and support healthy development of enterprises in China.更多还原
