【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and the tourism industry, cultural tourism has become an inevitable trend. Heilongjiang is located in the northeast border of China with rich cultural tourism resources. In recent years, thanks to the increasing government support, the cultural tourism industry has developed rapidly. And the independent innovation ability of tourism enterprises is greatly improved. In order to accelerate the development of cultural tourism industry, the government should formulate relevant protection policies for a sustainable growth of the industry, increase investment, improve the establishment of a funding system, develop characteristic tourist routes and increase publicity.更多还原
