【摘要】 基于对浙江大学2013届研究生求职择业前的就业意向调查和毕业离校前的实际择业结果调查,通过对比分析,探讨当代研究生职业价值观的四个突出特点:自我实现与物质回报并重,期望偏高与规划偏晚并存,个人取向与社会需要偏离,择业行为与职业决策务实。针对研究生职业价值观的现状,提出高校今后开展研究生职业价值观教育,特别是提高研究生思想政治教育和就业指导工作针对性与实效性的若干对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discover the features of postgraduates’ values on their career choice, we have studied the desired positions of graduate students with the graduation year of 2013 in Zhejiang University. We have tracked their job selection before they graduation. Through these surveys, four obvious features of postgraduates’ vocational values were revealed as follows: The realization of selfvalue has the equal importance to financial benefits. The high expectation coexists with late planning. The personal value orientation deviates from social needs. Job selection and career decision are pragmatic. Base on these results, some suggestions about the education on graduate students’ vocational value, especially for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological & political education and careers guidance for postgraduates are proposed.更多还原
