【摘要】 师范毕业生的就业竞争力对于提高师范专业毕业生的就业率和就业质量有很重要的影响。为探索区域性师范毕业生的就业能力,指导当地毕业生如何更好就业,并且进一步思考如何建立不同区域毕业生能力评价体系,以重庆师范大学毕业生为例,通过问卷和专家访谈的形式开展对重庆师范大学毕业生五大就业能力(即职业认同、专业知识技能、社会资本、个人适应能力和就业求职力)的实证研究。研究表明,师范毕业生由于性别,户籍,培养类别和专业等因素的不同会导致就业能力的显著差异,全社会应形成多方合力来提高师范毕业生的就业竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Normal college graduate employment ability influence on the improvement of the employment rate of college graduates and employment quality significantly. For the purpose of exploring the regional employment ability of college graduate, guiding college graduate how to find the job and establishing the related evaluation system, the article will analyze the Five employment ability of college graduate upon the investigation of college graduates of Chongqing Normal University, i.e. career identity, Professional knowledge and skills, social asset, ability to adapt and Employment force by means of questionnaire and expert interview. The empirical research shows that, such factors as the sex, household register, Training class and major would lead to significant differences of college graduates employment ability.
