【摘要】 合作型亲社会行为人格是高校毕业生必备的综合素质。对重庆市6所高校的1200名毕业生开展问卷调查,结果表明毕业生合作型亲社会行为的积极人格特质有稳重型、干练型、随和型、率直型、助人型、活泼型6种类型。毕业生积极人格特质大多与合作型亲社会行为呈显著或极其显著正相关性。建议从自我教育、学校教育、社会教育、互动教育和动态教育5个方面培养毕业生积极人格特质,强化毕业生合作型亲社会行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cooperative prosocial behavior is important to college graduates as comprehensive quality. 1200 graduates were surveyed from six colleges in Chongqing province by questionnaires, and some results were achieved. The positive personality traits of cooperative prosocial behavior in graduates include steady type, competent type, amiable type, straightforward type, helpful type and active type. There are significant or extremely significant correlations between graduates’ cooperative prosocial behavior and positive personality traits. It is suggested that the strengthening of the positive personality traits of cooperative prosocial behavior in graduates should start from self-education, school education, social education, interactive education and dynamic education.更多还原
