【摘要】 近年来,大学生职业咨询在国内蓬勃发展,已取得明显成效。其中,实效性是整个大学生职业咨询工作关键。采取问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的手段研究大学生职业咨询的实效性,根据数据分析与访谈结果,总结大学生对职业咨询的真实态度和实际需求。在此基础上提出推进职业咨询的本土化建设,打造专业化的职业咨询师资队伍,充分利用各种技术手段,合理设计大学生职业咨询流程等对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the career counseling of college students developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results. The availability is the key in the whole of the career counseling of college student. In this paper, use the method of questionnaire investigation and depth interview to research the availability of the career counseling of college students. On the basis of the research data and the conversation, summarize the true attitude and real requirement of the students about the career counseling and give some countermeasure, such as promote localization construction of the career counseling, create professional teacher group, make full use of various technical means and design the process of college students’ career counseling rationally.更多还原
