【摘要】 由于学校、学生和实习单位各方面的因素,目前学生党员在顶岗实习期间的教育管理存在真空状况。学校应高度重视,深化校企合作内涵,通过建立实习学生党员教育管理制度、加强党建队伍建设、搭载教育管理平台、构筑党建合作机制和构建科学评价体系等途径,探索高职院校顶岗实习期间学生党员有效教育管理模式,校企共同培养高素质、高技能应用型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the various aspects from colleges,students and interns,the education management of internship student communists is under a vacuum condition.Colleges should pay high attention to deepen the connotation of college and enterprise cooperation:establish education management system of internship student communists,strengthen construction of party team,put up platform of education management,build cooperative mechanism of party found,construct scientific evaluation system,and so on.The effective education management model of internship student communists was investigated,in order to train high quality and high skilled talents by cooperating with colleges and enterprises.更多还原
