【Abstract】 Affordable housing is an important part of housing supply system; it has played a significant role in solving the housing problems of low-income urban families. On the basis of researching the affordable housing subsidies, compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of ‘bricks subsidies’ and ‘poll subsidies’ through the construction of model, then it shows that the ‘poll subsidies’ approach is more effective than the ‘bricks subsidies’, and it can implement through policy support, payment of housing subsidies, perfect credit system and so on.更多还原
