咪唑型离子液体的制备与工艺优化
Synthesis and Process Optimization of [bmim] BF4 Ionic Liquid
【摘要】 主要介绍了由甲基咪唑为初始原料合成1-甲基-3-丁基氟硼酸盐离子液体的合成方法,并对其合成工艺条件进行了优化.实验表明,1-甲基-3-丁基氟硼酸盐离子液体合成适宜条件为:反应溶剂为环己烷,溶剂量100%,物料摩尔比为1 1.1,在回流状态下反应7 h.
【Abstract】 In this article,the synthetic method of [bmim]BF4ionic liquid by 1-methylimidazole as the initial material is introduced,and the synthesis conditions were optimized. The results showed that the suitable conditions for the synthesis of [bmim]BF4ionic liquid was : the reaction solvent was cyclohexane,the solvent amount was 100%,the material molar ratio was 1 1. 1,the reaction time was 7 h under reflux.
