异丙醇/KOH混合溶剂萃取废润滑油的研究

【摘要】 以异丙醇有机溶剂作为萃取剂,添加KOH溶液为絮凝剂,采用萃取-絮凝的方法回收废润滑油中的基础油馏分.采用单因素实验方法考察工艺条件对再生油性能的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:KOH溶液浓度15%,KOH溶液与有机溶剂的质量比1 7,剂油质量比3 1,精制温度45℃,精制时间为30 min.得到的再生润滑油理化指标得到了明显改善,表明该工艺是可行的,具有工业化应用前景.

【Abstract】 With the extraction solvent of isopropanol and the floeculant of KOH solution,the base oil fractions in waste lubricating oil are recovered using extraction-flocculation method. The optimal process conditions are determined by using single-factor experiment method as follows: KOH solution concentration is 15%,the mass ratio of KOH solution to organic solvents is 1 7,the mass ratio of solvent to oil is 3 1,refining temperature is4 5℃,and refining time is 30 min. The reclaimed oil has dramatically improved the physical and chemical index. The results show that the process is feasible and has certain industrial prospect.
