MBR法处理生活污水的应用研究

【摘要】 采用MBR工艺处理生活污水,MBR系统是由接触氧化池和纳滤膜组件构成,分置式设计制作.结果表明,膜的渗透通量并不是随着压力或温度的升高而一直增大;混凝正交试验最佳投药量PAC为7.5mg/L;进水COD为388.08 mg/L,出水CODcr、NH3-N、SS去除率分别达到93%、81.7%、95.7%;检测细菌个数少于3个/L.完全达到了《城市污水再生利用》(GB/T18920-2002)回用水的标准.可回用于浇洒绿地和冲洗车辆,提高了水资源的利用率.

【Abstract】 Application of MBR domestic wastewater advanced treatment process,MBR system is provided by the contact oxidation pond and nanofiltration membrane module consists of the production of split design. The results showed that the seepage discharge of membrane is not always increased with the increase of the operation temperature or pressure; the best orthogonal test coagulation dosage PAC to 7. 5 mg /L; Influent COD which is 388. 08 mg /L around the water CODcr,NH3-N,SS removal rates reached 93%,78%,95. 7%;detection of bacteria is less than the number of 3 /L the outlet meet the Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard( GB /T 18920- 200 2). It may be reused to wash vehicles and poured the green,to improve the utilization of water resources.
