去泛素化酶USP7在细胞中的功能作用及其研究进展
The Function and Research Progress of Deubiquitinase USP7 in Cells
【摘要】 Ubiquitin-specific protease7(USP7)属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶,是去泛素化酶家族Deubiquitinases(DUBs)的重要成员之一。近年来研究表明USP7能调节细胞内众多蛋白底物的活性和功能,包括抑瘤蛋白、DNA修复蛋白、免疫应答蛋白、病毒蛋白、表观遗传调节子等,在疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。这篇文章综述了USP7在细胞中的功能作用以及在肿瘤和病毒性疾病中的最新研究进展。
【Abstract】 Ubiquitin-specific protease7( USP7) is a cysteine protease and one of the important members of Deubiquitinases( DUBs). Recent studies have confirmed that USP7 can mediates the regulation of activities and functions of many proteins in cell,including tumor-suppresor protein,DNA repair protein,immune response protein,virus protein,epigenetic regulator et al,plays an important role in the development and progression in lots of diseases. This paper summarizes the advanced research of USP7’s function in cell,tumor and viral disease.
