【Abstract】 Ubiquitin-specific protease7( USP7) is a cysteine protease and one of the important members of Deubiquitinases( DUBs). Recent studies have confirmed that USP7 can mediates the regulation of activities and functions of many proteins in cell,including tumor-suppresor protein,DNA repair protein,immune response protein,virus protein,epigenetic regulator et al,plays an important role in the development and progression in lots of diseases.
