主点与旋转中心距离的标定方法

【摘要】 为了消除在近距离光电测量中光学镜头主点与旋转中心之间距离带来的测量误差,建立了光学镜头主点随旋转机构转动的运动轨迹模型,提出主点与旋转中心之间距离的标定方法。在光轴与旋转轴共面的约束条件下,对主点的运动轨迹进行了分析,得到了满足嵌入式系统实时处理要求的简化模型。实验结果表明,用该方法标定主点与旋转中心之间距离的标定精度可达0.23 mm。能满足近距离光电测量中对主点与旋转中心之间距离标定的要求。

【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the measurement error by the distance between optical lens note and rotating center in the close-in photoelectric measuring. A trajectory model of optical lens note turning with the rotating mechanism is built. A calibration method of the distance between optical lens note and rotating center is presented. The trajectory of optical lens note is analyzed with coplanar constraints on optical axis and axis of rotation. A simplified model is obtained,which can satisfy the requirement of real-time processing of embedded systems. The experiment results show that the distance between optical lens note and rotating center precision can reach 0. 23 mm by using this method. The close-in high precision photoelectric measurement requirements is basically meet.
