【摘要】 目的建立天冬降糖胶囊中芒果苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Waters 5C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(12∶88)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长258 nm。结果芒果苷含量在0.06~0.48μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.51%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定天冬降糖胶囊中芒果苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of mangiferin in Tiandong Jiangtang capsules by HPLC.Methods An external standard method by HPLC with Waters 5C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) column was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid(12 ∶ 88) at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1and a UV detection wavelength of 258 nm.Results The linear range was 0.06-0.48 μg(r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 97.51% and RSD was 1.09%(n = 6).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which can be employed for quantitative analysis of mangiferin in Tiandong Jiangtang capsules.更多还原
