冬虫夏草胶囊对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的观察冬虫夏草胶囊对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法利用氢化可的松或环磷酰胺复制免疫抑制小鼠模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的冬虫夏草胶囊;以小鼠免疫器官指数、碳粒廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应、脾脏淋巴细胞增殖情况为测定指标,进行评价。结果与模型组相比,冬虫夏草胶囊低、中、高剂量组均能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01);均能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的廓清指数和吞噬指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),增强其单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;中、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05,P<0.01),增强迟发型超敏反应。与模型组相比,中、高剂量显著提高经Con A诱导的脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖水平(P<0.01),明显促进免疫抑制小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论冬虫夏草胶囊显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,具有明显增强机体非特异性免疫和特异性细胞免疫功能的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of cordyceps capsules on the immune functions of immune suppressed mice. Methods An immunesuppressed mouse model was established by subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone or cyclophosphamide,followed by daily intragastric administration of cordyceps capsules. The immune organ weight,carbon particle clearance capability of macrophages,delayed type hypersensitivity and lymphocyte proliferation rate of mice were observed. Results Compared with the model group,the three groups administered with cordyceps capsules at different doses could significantly increase the index of the spleen and thymus gland( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),carbon particle clearance and phagocytosis( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),while improving the capability of macrophages. Middle and high doses significantly increased the swelling degree of ears( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),enhanced delayed hypersensitivity of the mice and improved the proliferation level of splenocytes induced by concanavalin A( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Cordyceps capsules can enhance the immune functions of immunesuppressed mice,the nonspecific immunity and specific immunity function of mice.
