【摘要】 目的探讨远程护理能力重要性认知测评工具的构建,并对其信、效度进行检验。方法 2013年3-6月,采用前译法与专家咨询法相结合,形成远程护理能力重要性认知测评工具。预试后,以便利取样法调研全国17所医院共850名护士为研究对象;独立样本初测间隔2周后复测。结果专家小组审阅认为该工具达到语义及跨文化对等性,内容效度指数100%;总体同质信度为0.96、子维度同质信度为0.77~0.93;2周复测信度为0.86。44项远程护理能力重要性认知的题项均分为(3.32±0.53)分。结论中文版远程护理能力重要性认知测评工具有良好的信效度,可用于评价护士远程护理能力及信息学教育与实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the construction of assessment scale of measuring the importance of recognition of telenursing competence,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods By translation,experts proofreading and group modified to form the testing instrument.After the pre-test,totally 850 nurses from 17 hospitals were randomly selected and independent sample was retested after 2weeks.Results Expert group thought that the tool has achieved semantic and cultural equivalence,and the content validity index was 100%.The overall homogeneity reliability was 0.96,and the homogeneity reliability of sub-dimensions were 0.77-0.93.The two weeks’ retest reliability was 0.86.The average score of the item in the questionnaire was 3.32±0.53.Conclusion The results show better content validity and reliability of the Chinese version telenursing assessment tools,which lays the foundation for the development of telenursing and nursing informatics.更多还原
