【摘要】 目的总结急性伤口延迟愈合的原因,分析其护理措施。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2013年2月在嘉兴市第二医院门诊部治疗的120例门诊急性伤口延迟愈合患者的临床资料,分析其原因,并总结护理对策。结果门诊患者急性伤口延迟愈合的主要原因有医学知识缺乏、依从性差、伤口部位、基础疾病等。所有患者根据伤口情况进行清创、抗感染、取出异物,并加强换药等对症和支持治疗。116例患者伤口已愈合,时间为3.5～15.7周;4例未愈:3例转当地医院就诊,1例仍在门诊换药治疗中。结论加强健康教育、增强伤口防护知识、提高换药依从性、加强心理护理和积极治疗基础病等可促进伤口的愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons of delayed union and analysis its nursing strategy.Methods Clinical data of 120cases acute wound outpatients with delayed union were analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing strategy were summarized.Results The main reason of delayed union in acute wound outpatients were shortage of medical knowledge,poor compliance,location of the wound and basic diseases.According to the wound,patients received treatment including debridement,anti infection,foreign body extraction,and systemic supportive therapeutics respectively.The wound of 116cases was healed in 3.5～15.7weeks,while 4cases were not cured,and 3cases were transferred to the local hospital,and 1casewas still in outpatient.Conclusion Improvement of health education,wound protection,compliance of dressing exchange of wound,mental nursing and active treatment of basic diseases can reduce the prevalence of delayed union in outpatients.更多还原
