基于梁模型的蒙皮加筋结构纵横扭一体化建模研究
Longitudinal-lateral-torsional integrated modeling based on a beam model for skin-stiffened structure
【摘要】 系统研究了蒙皮加筋结构的拉压、弯曲和扭转刚度以及桁条面积等效、惯性矩等效对此类结构刚度特性的影响.分析了蒙皮加筋结构弯曲刚度采用面积等效的合理性,给出了扭转刚度采用面积等效需要乘以修正系数的原因.给出了在NASTRAN软件中可实现的蒙皮加筋结构拉压刚度、弯曲刚度和扭转刚度一体化建模方法,并据此建立了捆绑火箭的有限元模型,通过地面试验验证了模型的合理性,为捆绑火箭纵向与横向、纵向与扭转、横向与扭转模态耦合模态分析及相关动力学研究提供了依据.
【Abstract】 Tension-compression, bending and torsional stiffness of skin-stiffened cylindrical shell are systematically investigated, in which the differences are studied by the equivalence methods of area and moment of inertia. As to the equivalence method of area, the rationality that bending stiffness of skin-stiffened cylindrical shell is calculated and the reason why the torsional stiffness is multiplied by a mending coefficient are analyzed. The approach has been proposed to represent longitudinal-lateral-torsional dynamic model through NASTRAN. Based on that, FEM model of strap-on launch vehicle has been built, validated by test. This research has directive significance for coupling analysis and dynamics research of strap-on launch vehicle.
