电磁焊接过程中电磁力的研究

【摘要】 电磁焊接过程中焊接金属件中产生的涡流以及线圈周围的磁场强度复杂。通过理论分析,重点从电容初始电压以及电磁焊接设备的频率两方面分析它们对电磁焊接过程中电磁力的影响。建立电磁焊接模型,进行有限元分析并进行试验验证。

【Abstract】 The magnetic field strength around the coil and the eddy current generated in welding metal part are complicated during electromagnetic welding process.Through theoretical analysis,from the initial capacitor voltage and the frequency of the electromagnetic welding equipment,analyze the two aspects of welding equipment’s effects on the electromagnetic force.Establish electromagnetic welding model for finite element analysis and test validation.
