一种新型液压夹持机构的设计与计算
Design and Calculation of a New Type of Hydraulic Clamping Mechanism
【摘要】 通过对一种新型液压夹持机构中各传力构件进行受力分析,导出了该机构工作时活塞杆的推力计算公式。以此为基础,进行了液压缸的选型和活塞杆的强度校核,为该种新型液压夹持机构的设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Through analyzing the forces of the transmission component in a new type of hydraulic clamping mechanism,a formula was exported which could be used to calculate the thrust on the piston rod when the mechanism worked. On this basis,the cylinders’ model was selected and the strength of the piston rod was checked. These provide theoretical bases for design of this hydraulic clamping mechanism.
