螺杆压缩机整机工作过程的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Working Process of Screw Compressor
【摘要】 通过基于标准的κ-ε方程湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法求解N-S方程,利用CFD滑移网格技术对螺杆压缩机整机工作过程进行非定常数值模拟。对螺杆压缩机从吸气、压缩到排气整个工作过程的压力分布、温度分布、速度分布以及吸、排气座回流、涡流分布情况进行了分析。从而为螺杆压缩机吸、排气口设计以及优化提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the standard turbulence model of K-e equation,SIMPLEC algorithm was used to solve the N-S equation,and Computer Flow Dynamics(CFD) sliding meshing technique was applied to make the unsteady numerical simulation on the whole working process pf screw compressor.The distribution of pressure,temperature and velocity,as well as suction and exhaust reflux and eddy distribution of the whole working process of screw compressor,which consisted of suction,compressor and exhaust,were analyzed.Thereby it provides reference for the suction,exhaust design and the optimization of screw compressor.
