汽车EPS性能试验系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation for EPS Performance Test System
【摘要】 汽车的转向性能与制动性能是主动安全技术的重要指标,动力转向器性能是汽车转向性能的关键技术,其中,轿车转向器的发展趋势为智能化的电动助力转向器即EPS。国内外关于EPS动力转向器性能试验的标准与系统尚未成熟定型。参照《汽车电动助力转向装置技术条件与台架试验方法》标准,采用交流伺服技术,设计了EPS性能试验系统。调试与试验结果表明:该试验台有较好的控制精度,易操作,成本低,实用性较高。
【Abstract】 Steering performance and braking performance are important indicators to active safety technology. Power steering performance is the key technology of the automobile steering performance,the development trend of car steering is intelligent electric power steering EPS. It is not yet mature stereotyped about EPS performance and system at home and abroad. Taking"Electric power steering apparatus and test methods of technical conditions"as a standard,adopting AC servo technology,the EPS performance test system was designed. Debugging and testing results show that the test bench has such advantages,including precise control,good maneuverability,low cost and high practicality.
