五轴加工中非线性误差的分析与研究
Analysis and Research of Five-axis Machining Nonlinear Error
【摘要】 由于数控系统的线性插补特性与实际运动轨迹的不一致性,而引起加工过程中产生了不可避免的非线性误差。通过对五轴数控加工过程的理论分析,预测出了产生最大误差的位置;并在已有算法的基础上提出了刀位中点线性加密法。通过MATLAB的仿真,验证了该方法可以有效地控制非线性误差。
【Abstract】 Due to inconsistency of CNC system linear interpolation characteristics with the actual trajectory,the inevitable nonlinearity error generated during processing was caused. Through theoretical analysis of the five-axis CNC machining process,the location generated of the greatest errors was predicted. And on the basis of the existing algorithm,the method of midpoint linear cutter bit encryption was proposed. Finally,the MATLAB simulation verifies that the method can effectively control the nonlinearity error.
