基于EtherCAT总线的发动机压装闭环控制系统的研究
Research on Engine Press-fit Closed-loop Control System Based on EtherCAT Bus
【摘要】 为了提高发动机自动化压装系统的精度和控制性能,按照发动机压装系统的要求,设计了伺服电动缸代替液压缸的发动机压装控制系统。采用EtherCAT总线技术,设备层和控制层通过EtherCAT总线连接,以提高数据传输的快速性、稳定性和准确性。采用基于模糊PID控制的控制算法,通过实时监测压装力和位置实现了压装力-位置闭环控制。
【Abstract】 According to the requirement of engine press-fit system,engine press-fit control system was designed to improve precision and control performance of engine automation press-fit system. The technology of EtherCAT was applied,so the data between device layer and control layer was linked by EtherCAT bus to improve the performance of high-speed,stability and accuracy of the data transmission. The control algorithm based on fuzzy-PID control was applied,and the fitting force-position closed-loop control was achieved by monitoring fitting force and position real-time.
