基于VB的滤膜传感器数据采集及可视化设计

【摘要】 DW1型油液污染度测试仪是一种滤膜恒压堵塞型便携式污染检测仪。利用VB6.0编写程序界面,开发串行通信程序,实现了对测试仪检测数据的采集和实时显示;利用VB的基本绘图功能绘制通过滤膜的流量/体积随时间变化的曲线图,实现了数据的可视化;结合油液污染度检测模型,能够确定出油液中的固体颗粒数及污染度等级。并对所编写的软件进行了测试,结果表明:该监控系统界面友善,操作简便,对完善油液污染度检测模型起了关键作用。

【Abstract】 DW1 oil contamination level tester is a kind of portable contamination tester with a voltage blocking membrane. Based on VB6. 0,a programming interface and a serial communication program were designed,to real-time collect and display the testing data. The basic VB drawing functions were used to draw curves of flow / volume,realizing the data visualization. Partical number and contamination level of the testing oil could be determined combining with the contamination level model. The software was run. It is shown that the monitoring system has a friendly interface and can be operated easily,it plays a key role to improve the oil contamination model.
