【Abstract】 G protein-coupled estrogen receptors( GPERs) is a novel estrogen receptor,which is widely distributed in human tumor tissues and cell lines. GPER plays an important role in cell proliferation,invasion and migration of a variety of tumors,especially estrogen-dependent tumors.
