凹凸棒石黏土在肉猪饲料中的应用研究

【摘要】 试验旨在通过规模化中试试验,研究凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)对商品肉猪生产性能、血清生化指标、激素水平和抗氧化功能的影响,以评价凹土应用效果。试验采用完全随机设计,选择体重约6kg的断奶仔猪2240头,随机分为2组,每组4重复,每重复280头。第1组为基础日粮对照组;第2组为凹土试验组,在基础日粮中添加2%凹土。结果表明,添加2%凹土使商品肉猪上市体重提高0.74%(P>0.05),料重比降低1.65%(P>0.05),显著提高血清总蛋白(TP)和尿素氮(BUN)的含量(P<0.05),对总甘油三酯(TG)的含量有提高趋势(P=0.086);显著提高三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)的含量(P<0.05),使生长激素(GH)、胰岛素(Ins)和甲状腺素(T4)分别提高了25.00%、4.01%和14.89%(P>0.05),显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05),使血清氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量下降了12.21%(P=0.070)。结果提示,在商品肉猪饲料中添加2%凹土,能改善养分代谢,提高机体抗氧化能力,改善商品猪生产性能。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of attapulgite on growth performance,serum parameters,hormone levels and antioxidant function of commercial pigs.A total of 2240 weaned piglets,with an average weight of 6kg weight,were randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates of 280 weaned pigs for five months.Dietary treatment included a basal diet and the basal diet with 2% attapulgite.Average final weight and FCR were improved 0.74%(P>0.05)and 1.65%(P>0.05)by addition of 2%attapulgite.Attapulgite supplementation improved the contents of total protein(TP)(P<0.05),urea nitrogen(BUN)(P<0.05)and triglycerides(TG)(P=0.086)of serum.Attapulgite treatment increased T3 level(P<0.05),improved the levels of GH,Ins,T4 by 25.00%、4.01%,14.89%(P>0.05),respectively.Addition of attapulgite increased the activities of SOD and T-AOC(P<0.05),decreased the content of MDA by 12.21%(P=0.070).The results indicated that addition of 2% attapulgite could improve the nutrient metabolism and antioxidant capacity,and improve the performance of commercial pigs.
