新型干燥剂碳酰氟干燥性能研究

【摘要】 应用热力学方法对碳酰氟及其他25种常见干燥剂的干燥性能,如干燥强度、干燥容量、干燥速率进行热力学计算和分析。得出结论:碳酰氟作为干燥剂具有优异的干燥强度,干燥过程中较小的反应热,适中的干燥容量,优异的干燥速率,是一种干燥性能优异的新型干燥剂,尤其适合用于含氟化合物的干燥。将本文结论结合不同干燥剂的适用干燥物质范围、干燥剂成本等因素,将有助于优选出针对不同场合和应用领域最合适的干燥剂。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the drying performance of COF2 and other 25 kinds of common desiccants,e. g. drying intensity,drying capacity,drying rate,is calculated and analyzed,by using the thermodynamic method,we concluded that carbonyl fluorine as a desiccant have better drying intensity,lower reaction heat,moderate drying capacity,better drying rate,carbonyl fluorine is a novel desiccant with excellent drying performance,especially for fluorine-containing compound. This paper will be helpful for selecting the most suitable desiccant in different occasions and application areas,combining with factors of desiccant applicable range and desiccant cost.
