集体逃逸舱开孔耐压球壳优化设计

【摘要】 开孔耐压球壳是集体逃逸舱的主要承压结构,其强度和稳定性直接关系到逃生人员的生命安全。本文推导了计算静水压力下开孔耐压球壳应力的解析单元法(AEM),该方法与有限元法计算结果吻合。对开孔耐压球壳极限强度进行有限元分析,用响应面法(RSM)建立非线性稳定性近似公式。基于强度和稳定性计算公式,联合采用多岛遗传算法(MIGA)和Hook-Jeeves法进行优化设计,得到满足强度和稳定性要求重量最轻的设计方案。

【Abstract】 As the pressure spherical shell with openings is bearing structure of the collective escape capsule,its strength and stability is of great importance to the safety of crew. Analytic element method( AEM) is proposed to calculate stress of pressure spherical shell under static pressure. Results obtained by AEM show good agreement with FEM’s results. The ultimate strength of pressure spherical shell is also analyzed by FEM method,and response surface method( RSM) is used to establish a approximation formula of nonlinear buckling pressure. Based on AEM and RSM,muti-island genetic algorithm( MIGA) and hookjeeves method are adopted in subsequent optimal design to search a design of minimum weight with sufficient strength and stability.
