某多层钢结构车间检测鉴定及加固设计

【摘要】 某多层钢结构框架车间因施工质量较差,需进行检测鉴定,并评定其可靠性等级。根据现场检测及计算分析结果,依据相关标准确定了结构可靠性等级。针对检测过程中发现的安全隐患和施工缺陷,并综合考量可靠性、经济性、可实施性、施工周期等因素的影响,提出了相应的加固设计方案。加固施工质量检测合格,交付使用后各项指标满足要求,使用性能良好,表明该加固设计方案合理可靠。

【Abstract】 Due to bad construction quality,a multi-story steel frame structure workshop needs detection and identification to evaluate the reliability level. According to the results of on-site detection and calculation analysis,the reliability level of the structure was determined according to certain standard. On the basis of detected safety hazard and construction deficiencies,considering as well as the effects of reliability,economy,feasibility and construction period,a strengthening design scheme was proposed. The strengthening construction was detected qualified and after the delivery all the factors fulfilled the requirements. The results indicate that the strengthening design scheme is reasonable and reliable.
