基于绿色前驱体制备高质量硒/碲化物纳米晶
Synthesis of high-quality selenide/telluride nanocrystals from green precursors
【摘要】 硒/碲化物纳米晶作为重要的无机半导体材料,在太阳能电池、发光二极管、生物标记、光热治疗等领域展现出巨大的应用前景.随着"绿色化学"、"绿色纳米科学"等概念的建立与发展,人们在追求硒/碲化物纳米晶的种类、合成方法以及功能多样化的同时,开始关注合成过程是否环境友好.结合本课题组的工作,本文以原料前驱体制备为主线,对近年来发展的硒/碲化物纳米晶绿色胶体合成方法进行归纳总结,着重介绍了油相无膦合成和水相-室温合成方法,旨在讨论硒/碲化物纳米晶绿色合成面临的问题,为合成方法创新提供新的思路.
【Abstract】 As important inorganic semiconductor materials, selenide/telluride nanocrystals have shown great prospects in many areas, such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes, bio-labeling, photothermal therapy and so forth. With the establishment and development of the concepts of "green chemistry" and "green nanoscience", people not only pursuit in the diversities of types, synthesis methods and functions of the nanocrystals, but also concentrate on whether the synthesis process itself is environmentally friendly at the same time. Here, with precursor preparation as the main line, we overview the development of green synthesis methods of selenide/telluride nanocrystals and highlight the oil phase phosphine-free and room-temperature aqueous synthesis methods. We hope this paper will provide a better consideration of the current problem and innovation in green synthesis of selenide/telluride nanocrystals.
