【摘要】 目的了解柳州低价格性产业中老年客人艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)防治知识与健康意识状况。方法本研究通过定量与定性结合的研究方法,对柳州200名中老年客人和42名为中老年客人提供服务的低交易价格小姐进行梅毒、艾滋病病毒检测,并对部分客人、小姐进行了问卷调查、访谈和观察。结果中老年客人预防艾滋病的意识和知识非常薄弱。同时只有32.12%的客人反映在最近一次性交易中使用了安全套,而83.33%的小姐表示在最近一次性交易使用了安全套。仅有12.42%的客人反映有七八成的小姐曾经劝说他用套,而小姐一方,51.72%表示曾经劝说七八成的客人用套。结论小姐和客人在自报使用安全套和劝说使用安全套问题上,存在较大差距。小姐应在劝说中老年客人使用安全套方面得到更好的培训和激励。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand HIV prevention knowledge,awareness and condom use among middle-senior in the low price sexing in Liuzhou. Methods This study applied mixed method to conduct qualitative and quantitative study in low price sexing sites in Liuzhou,Guangxi Province. 200 people aged over 50 years and 42 sex workers were recruited. Results HIV prevention knowledge and awareness were very weak in this group. Meanwhile,only 32. 12% of the elderly reported they had used condom in the last commercial sex,while 83. 33% of sex workers reported they used condom during the last commercial sex. Only 12. 42% middle-senior aged persons stated that more than 70% sex workers had persuaded them to use condom. More than 51. 72% sex workers reported that they persuaded more than 70% of whoremasters to use condom.
