364例HIV/AIDS人群CD4+T/CD8+T细胞计数结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解清远市艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(以下简称"艾滋病病例")细胞免疫状况,为该人群开展抗病毒治疗的时机选择及效果评价提供依据。方法应用流式细胞仪(FACS Calibur)对364例HIV/AIDS人群外周血进行CD4+T、CD8+T细胞绝对值检测及计算CD4+T/CD8+T,比较不同感染途径上述指标的差异。结果 364例HIV感染者的CD4+T细胞中位数为277.50(177.00~1 446.00)个/μl,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数≤200个/μl的占35.16%(128/364),201~350个/μl的占29.67%(108/364),351~500个/μl的占22.80%(83/364),>500个/μL的12.36%(45/364);CD8+T细胞中位数899.00(44~4 547)个/μl,其中<500个/μl的占65.22%(240/368),≥500个/μl的占12.23%(45/368)。结论清远市目前的艾滋病病例主要是由性途径感染引起,HIV感染者的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数普遍偏低,大部分感染者已进入艾滋病中、晚期。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cell immunologic status of HIV/AIDS patients in Qingyuan,and to provide basis for the selection of antiviral treatments time and the evaluation of therapy effect. Methods Flow cytometric analysis were employed for CD4+ T lymphocyte count and CD8+ T lymphocyte count of 364 HIV/AIDS patients. Results The Median of CD4+ T lymphocyte of 364 HIV/AIDS patients were 277.50(177.00~1446.00) cells/μl.35.16% of them had CD4+T lymphocyte count lower than 200 cells/μl. 29.67 % of them had CD4+T lymphocyte counts between 201~350 cells/μl. 22.80 % of them had CD4+T lymphocyte counts between 351~500 cells/μl. 12.36 % of them had CD4+T lymphocyte counts higher than 500 cells/μl. The Median of CD8+ T lymphocyte of 364 HIV/AIDS patients were 899.00(44~4547) cells/μl. 65.22 % of them had CD8+T lymphocyte counts lower than 500 cells/μl,and 12.23 % of them had CD8+T lymphocyte counts higher than 500 cells/μl. Conclusion HIV transmission has change,sex has become the main mechanism of transfer for HIV and AIDS in Qingyuan,so the precautionary measure should adjust the control plan of HIV/AIDS prevention. The CD4+ T lymphocyte count of HIV/AIDS patients were low in Qingyuan.Most of them had been found in metaphase or later stage of AIDS.
