一起食用美洲商陆叶引起中毒事件的流行病学调查
Epidemiological survey of a food poisoning event caused by Phytolacca americana leave
【摘要】 2012年10月1日,北京市某度假村发生一起食物中毒,6人发病,后经现场流行病学调查、毒理学实验和形态鉴定,确定此次食物中毒是由于食用当日晚餐"凉拌美洲商陆叶"引起。提示应进一步加强预防有毒植物食物中毒的宣传教育,预防此类事件的发生。
【Abstract】 A food poisoning event occurred in a resort in Beijing on October 1,2012,and 6 cases were involved. Epidemiological and toxicological surveys and morphological identification indicated that the poisoning w as caused by eating Phytolacca americana leaves salad in dinner. It is necessary to strengthen the health education about the toxic plants to prevent this kind of food poisoning.
