再生剂/待生剂混合催化裂化催化剂的反应性能

【摘要】 以长庆常压渣油为原料,在小型固定流化床装置上研究了反应温度、剂油比[m(催化剂)/m(渣油)]和再生剂/待生剂混合催化剂对渣油裂化性能和混合催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明,长庆常压渣油的裂化性能较好,已结焦的待生剂仍具有一定催化活性;在反应温度为520℃,剂油比为5,混合催化剂中待生剂的质量分数为17%的最佳工艺条件下,中间馏分油的二次裂化反应得到有效抑制,柴油收率提高至24.21%,柴汽比[m(柴油)/m(汽油)]增大至0.56,焦炭产率降低至7.08%。

【Abstract】 The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst to residue mass ratio and regenerated /deactivated mixed catalyst on the cracking performance of residue and the reaction behavior of mixed catalyst were investigated with Changqing atmospheric residue as feedstock in a small fixed fluidized- bed reactor.The results showed that the cracking performance of Changqing residue was good,and the deactivated catalyst still had a fairly high activity.Under the optimized condition of reaction temperature 520 ℃,catalyst to residue mass ratio 5,mass fraction of deactivated catalyst in mixed catalyst 17%,the second cracking reaction of middle distillate was effectively inhibited,and the yield of diesel increased to 24.21%,diesel /gasoline mass ratio raised to 0.56 and yield of coke decreased to 7.08%.
