螺旋管逆流萃取装置色谱洗脱过程研究

【摘要】 研究了螺旋管逆流萃取装置的色谱洗脱过程,通过理论分析确定了影响该装置分离效率的因素,通过正交试验,研究了螺旋管管径、螺旋直径以及缠绕圈数对装置分离效率的影响规律。结果表明:螺旋管管径对分离效率的影响大于螺旋直径。该装置适宜的设计参数:螺旋管管径为8 mm,螺旋直径为300 mm,缠绕圈数可根据实际待分离的体系进行选择。螺旋管色谱洗脱过程理论计算公式能较好地模拟实验数据,为分离效果的预测提供参考。

【Abstract】 The chromatographic elution process of spiral countercurrent extraction apparatus was studied,and the factors that affect the separation efficiency were determined by theoretical analysis. The influence of spiral helical tube diameter,screw diameter,winding number on the separation efficiency of device was analyzed through orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the influence of spiral tube diameter on the separation efficiency is higher than that of the screw diameter. The suitable design parameters of the device are as follows:tube diameter 8 mm,spiral 300 mm in diameter,and number of windings can be chosen according to the actual needs of separation system. The theoretical formula can simulate the experimental data better in spiral tube chromatographic elution process,which provides a reference for the prediction of the separation effect of device.
