基于内窥检测技术的固体推进剂装药缺陷检测方法
Solid Propellant Charge Defect Detection Based on Endoscopic Detection Technology
【摘要】 为实现固体推进剂装药内表面缺陷的检测,通过内窥镜检测技术对其进行了理论分析与检测试验,着重对定量检测技术在固体推进剂装药内表面缺陷检测中的应用进行了研究;通过对检测结果的分析,验证了采用该方法能够实现固体推进剂装药内表面缺陷的检测,可以很好地控制固体推进剂装药的质量。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve solid propellant charge inside the surface defect detection,by endoscope detection technology to carry out the theoretical analysis and test,the application of quantitative detection technology in the solid propellant charge inside the surface defect detection is studied.By the analysis of test results,it is verified that the solid propellant charge inside the surface defect detection can be achieved by using the method,and the quality of the solid propellant charge can be very good controlled.
