基于数据库的IMU自动化标定系统设计
Design of Auto-Calibration System for IMU Based on Database
【摘要】 惯性测量单元(IMU)标定是惯性导航的前提,标定结果将对导航精度产生直接影响。IMU标定过程测试项目多、周期长、工作量大,涉及到经常性大量的数据调用和计算,人工操作很难保证技术指标的要求。提出了一种基于数据库的IMU自动化标定系统设计,在LabVIEW平台下,实现了标定所需的各项功能要求,并将测试流程集成化、简单化,提高了工作效率。
【Abstract】 The IMU calibration is the premise of navigation.The calibration results have direct impact on inertial navigation accuracy.The IMU calibration process includes series of test project and takes a long time involved a large number of data transmission and calculation frequentiy.So manual operation is difficult to ensure the technical indicators.A design of auto-calibration system for IMU based on database is proposed and the calibration requirements are achieved through LabVIEW.The field test result shows that the soft system works well,simplifies the process,and the work efficiency is improved greatly.
