纯电动转向汽车的双PID协调转向控制策略研究
Research on Double PID Coordination Steering Control Strategy for Pure Electric Steering Car
【摘要】 研究纯电动转向汽车转向系统的协调转向控制方法。提出了纯电动转向系统内外转向轮协调转向的问题,并且针对该问题设计了双PID控制的策略。建立了控制系统的控制模型,使用Matlab对控制策略进行仿真,验证其可行性以及控制效果。将验证后的控制策略移植至车上ECU进行验证,比较各种控制参数下的控制效果,总结控制参数对控制效果的影响,经过实车实验后获得较好的控制效果。在总结实验规律的基础上提出了可行的工程实施方案。
【Abstract】 Coordination steering control method for pure electric steering car is studied.A coordination steering control problem for pure electric steering car is proposed,and a control method is designed by using double PID coordination steering control method to solve the problem.The model for control system is established,and Matlab simulation is used to verify its feasibility and control effect.After verification,the control method is transplanted to the real car for further experiment.In those experiments,control effects under various control parameters are compared.Experiments prove that the double PID coordination steering control can achieve good control effect.Based on the conclusion of the experiment,a practical solution for steering system engineering is proposed.
